Educational Reading Consultants does not disclose credit card account information provided by its customers. When customers choose to pay using their credit cards, we submit the information needed to secure payment only to the appropriate clearinghouse.

HOW SHIPPING WORKS!

STANDARD U.S SHIPPING (except items marked “Freight”, PO Boxes, Alaska & Hawaii) shipping for orders under $50 is $6.95. Items are usually sent from our Florida warehouse the same or the same or next business day of the order via UPS ground, and occasionally USPS when appropriate. Customer is responsible to make sure packages arrive. Please contact us within 2 weeks if packages fail to arrive.

HANDLING FEE a $2.50 handling fee applies for small orders with subtotals under $25.00.

INCORRECT ADDRESS The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred by the shipping company for address corrections on orders where you enter the address incorrectly during checkout.

ORDER ERRORS You have 30 days to report orders not arriving, or missing or damage items, as we cannot file a claim for the shipment after 30 days.

RETURNS: Items will be refunded 100% within 30 days of purchase. You MUST contact us for instructions before sending your return. A return authorization number must be issued before we receive the return, or the return will be denied. Any items that are returned to our corporate offices will be lost. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Holiday items may not be returned after the holiday. Items must be in unopened condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
